WHAT THE FUCK?
I had been eyeing that pink bag from Nine West for a few days now. So earlier, i made a quick trip to the boutique at Wisma. I had specifically asked the Malay salesgirl for a new piece. She gave me a new one to inspect before proceeding with my purchase. I remembered telling her, "I'll take this new one" and handed her the new item. She nodded and brought the bag to the counter to check out and pack. And took a hell of a long time to process such a simple payment. What perplexed me was, why did it take 5 salesgirls to pack just one bag? When i left the boutique, i felt unsettled. So i parked myself near a corner in Wisma Atria, took the bag out and inspected it again. And guess what? There were obvious stains on the white strap and lots of scratches on the buckle! And to make things worse, i recognized the bag i held in my hands as the one on display, not the new piece i had requested! I marched back to the store and asked the same stupid salesgirl that i had requested for a new piece. The one that was in the paperbag had lots of stains. So i said, "I want it exchanged for a new piece". She nodded, took the bag from me and went to the store room. Then, the next thing i saw, as i took a sneak peak into the store room, made my blood go upstairs. I saw her and a few other colleagues taking out a cloth and rubbing the stains off!! WHAT THE FUCK!!?? I also noticed the display bag had been changed to a new bag - the new piece that i had requested! WTF!!! I called that stupid bitch and pointed to the new display bag, "Isnt this the new piece i had asked for earlier?" She had the nerve to nod her bloody head! I exclaimed, "What the hell is going on? You can tell your colleague to stop rubbing that bag. I want this new piece" and I pointed to the brand new bag, tag and all, "i want it NOW". By then, i was so fucking pissed and appalled at their fucking service so i thrusted my Nine West paperbag at her face and demanded her to fill that bag in front of me. She did so and i left in a huff, vowing never to step in there again. They were lucky that i had a splitting headache eversince i woke up this morning or i would have demanded to see their manager. What the fuck were they trying to do? Is it that complex to understand that I wanted a new piece, not an old one, with its stains wiped away? Why deliberately changed my bag to the display bag without my knowledge? Why cheat a customer in such a despicable manner? In addition to this, i realized that Nine West's sale staff were unapproachable and unfriendly right from the beginning. how the hell did they get themselves employed into the service line in the first place? This has got to be one of my worst shopping experience ever. Even at the point of writing, im still fucking angry!!! You give bad service, you get bad feedback. My social networks have been alerted & warned. Next on the list, a strongly worded email to Nine West's management. So word of caution bloggers, do check your merchandise after leaving the store. yes, even boutiques cheat. At least the staff at Nine West, Wisma Atria does.
