After a week long of being MIA, my hands are itching to write. Didn't update for the past week because I succumbed to laziness. And also mainly because there wasnt anything interesting to update, unless you want to hear about the gory details of house cleaning and laundry.

After work on saturday, wan wanted to take me to a 'special place' to surprise me. So I happily abided, expecting some fancy restaurant. Guess where he brought me? MacDonald's at Changi Airport. Wow! Gee! That's so ... interesting. Ended up packing MacMeals to the viewing mall, only to find scaffoldings all around it. Meaning, we could see NOTHING. No planes, no runaways, nothing. Thanks wan, you have such vision. He appeased me by buying Angie's The Choice durian rolls. Nice try.


On Sunday, it was either New Police Story or the hilarious looking Dodgeball. In the end, Jackie Chan and his kung-fu kicks won us over. Yay! Jackie's back to do what he does best. Its time to start kicking ass again in his typical police detective fashion. Frankly, im sick and tired of watching him making an ass of himself in crappy Hollywood movies. Not too bad for an action movie. Thank God for subtitles though. Realized that Daniel Wu looks so much like Dick 'head' Lee. What a turn off.

Afterwards, it was over at my place where wan engaged himself into a death-match of PS2's Winning Eleven with my brother and their plates of briyani, curry puffs, lychee pudding and cookies. They're such gluttons, you see. And, ok I must complain about this: wan cheated while we were battling it out on Wheel of Fortune! He cheated! That sneaky little liar!!! It costed me USD 79,905 and a cruise to the Mediterranean! Damn! I shall have my revenge soon. This time, I will be ruthless.

Oh, did I tell you that Haslina gave me this delicious and feminine looking bath set as my engagement prezzie? It has a Rose body scrub, shower gel, aromatheraphy tealights, a sponge and I can't wait to get my hands on it. What's best, it's pink! Yummy! It looks too nice for me to unwrap.

Wan got me a set of Gucci Rush 2 for the engagement. He surprises me sometimes. I had been eyeing it for the longest time and when it came, I was speechless. It wasn't part of the dulangs we agreed to exchange but there it was, sitting cheerfully on one of the dulangs. Wan, even though you cheated on Wheel of Fortune, I still lup you deep deep hokay!!
