Procrastinate, procrastinating, procrastinated (?)
pro·cras·ti·nate, v meaning To put off doing something, especially out of habitual carelessness or laziness.
Procrastination is the thief of time.--Edward Young, The Complaint: Night Thoughts I was all dressed and raring to go in my jogging attire. But just before i put on my jogging shoes, a whiff of smell reached my nose. I peeked into the kitchen where the smell seemed to come from. On the stove was a hot plate of deliciously fried chicken wings, complete with chillie and mayo. I could jog tomorrow, can I? The chicken won't last for more than half an hour (I saw my brother's hungry face earlier). Unable to resist the claws of temptation, I decided to procrastinate. I'll just jog tomorrow. Period.
